My journey into acupuncture was sparked by a deep curiosity about the interconnectedness of all things and a heartfelt desire to help people restore their innate capacity to heal and thrive. I'm passionate about guiding others toward greater ease and balance through the transformative practice of acupuncture and the timeless wisdom of Chinese Medicine.

I earned my Master's in Acupuncture from the Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine in Sugar Grove, North Carolina, where I studied a classical, lineage based medicine approach to addressing modern ailments. I'm licensed in Vermont and certified by the NCCAOM.

Since graduating, I've continued deepening my understanding of Classical Chinese Medicine and treating chronic complex illnesses through mentorship studies.

When I'm not in the clinic, you'll find me tending to the garden & animals, practicing Tai Chi, and playing outside in various forms!
