What are the benefits of acupuncture?
Acupuncture has numerous benefits, including pain relief, stress reduction, improved sleep, increased energy, and enhanced immune system function. It can also help with digestive disorders, menstrual issues, and fertility. Chinese Medicine addresses the body as a whole therefore it provides relief & restoration on a deep level rather than just masking symptoms.

Do the Needles Hurt ?
The needles are VERY thin ( slightly larger than a strand of hair!) most people experience little to no pain during the insertion of the needles. You may feel a slight sensation or tingling at the needle site, which is often described as a positive experience.
Generally, It is a good sign to feel a sensation surrounding a needle before or even lingering after treatment. This is a sensation we call “de Qi” which means the needle is sending messages to your body on where to send Qi and blood ! It is normal to feel this in certain areas more than others like the feet and hands. It is also common to have a heightened sensitivity post treatment.
